He graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1978. He pursued postgraduate studies specializing in Corporate and Economic Law, as well as in Amparo and Criminal Law at the Universidad Panamericana.

Founding Partner of Zamora Pierce Law Firm where he was a Partner and Administrator for 32 years litigating in Criminal, Civil, Commercial, Family, Administrative, and Amparo matters.

Member of the Mexican Bar Association since 1986.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acreditación de la Enseñanza del Derecho, A.C.

Coordinator of the Initiation and Assessment of Candidates to the Mexican Bar Association’s Committee

Member of the Bioethics Committee at the Hospital Ángeles, Clínica Londres.

He has taught courses on Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Legal Ethics, and Criminal Law at Universidad Panamericana Mexico Campus, Universidad Anáhuac, and Escuela Judical del Estado de México. He has also taught postgraduate courses on Corporate Criminal Law and Bank Fraud at the Universidad Panamericana in the Mexico and Guadalajara campuses and at the Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico and Torreon campuses.


Articles in the Ars Juris law journal of the Universidad Panamericana, La Barra law journal published by the Mexican Bar Association, he also collaborated in the publication of the book entitled El Derecho en México: Dos Siglos (1810-2010) `{`The Law in Mexico: Two Centuries (1810-2010)`}` published by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and has participated as a speaker in National Attorney Congresses organized by the Mexican Bar Association.

In 2012 he participated in the INJUNAM in the Second Conference on Legal Ethics with his work “Principios Fundamentales de la Deontología y Formación de la Conciencia” `{`Fundamental Principles of Deontology and Consciousness Formation`}`.

Coauthor of the Code of Ethics of the Mexican Legal Profession coordinated by the American Bar Association in Mexico (Aba Roli México) 2013.
