Ignacio Salvador Ochoa López



He graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1981. He completed certificate programs on Foreign Trade, International Business, and Tax Law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He has served as a board member in several financial institutions. He has been a member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C.) since 2001.

From 1982 to 1988 he worked for the federal public administration with an outstanding performance in the Ministry of Health from 1985 to 1988 when he served as the advisor of the Administrative Head and Secretary of the National Public Health Institute’s Board of Directors.

He has lectured at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and at the Universidad Iberoamericana, and has also participated in several seminars and conferences addressing procedural and financial matters.

Administrative and constitutional procedure, especially with regard to finance and telecommunications.

Legal advice in the negotiation and execution of agreements with public agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with obligations and procedure.

Commercial, civil, banking, and securities litigation including commercial insolvency and special proceedings.

Advisement in terms of administrative, securities, and financial arbitration proceedings.

Advise and consult with respect to modifications to existing agreements, replacement of trustees, early terminations, execution, as well as the documents relating to judicial and/or administrative procedures in furtherance of the same objective.
